Dear John,

Throughout 2023, Race Forward has shown up for racial justice–from organizing to training, from leading to learning. You can help us close out the year with a surge of momentum so that we’re empowered to keep building racially equitable futures in the year ahead. 

While 2024 holds immense challenges, when you show up, we can show up stronger. With your support, Race Forward can keep pushing in spite of growing backlash and whatever obstacles 2024 will put in front of us. We will move forward, and will continue stewarding critically important racial justice work. 

We will keep showing up by:

• Advancing community-driven solutions that transform housing  and center people of color; 
• Building coalitions of students, parents, educators, and community members who are dedicated to building the public schools our children deserve;
• Repositioning local communities as owners and decision-makers over racial and climate justice policies that directly affect their daily lives; and
• Organizing with local, state, and federal leaders to embed racial equity into everyday governmental practices.

We need us all for 2024. Race Forward is here for the work and our communities. In whatever way you can show up for us, we’re grateful.
