NOTE:

Room Block closes 01/10/24

A room block at the Overland Park Marriott has been reserved for the KSGOP. The room block registration is now open (see below) and is available for the nights of January 26th and 27th.

Please plan for overnight stays on Friday and Saturday nights as there will be late evening and early morning events!

All Overland Park Marriott guest rooms have been recently renovated and are available in single-king or double-king configurations. The hotel is also newly renovated, and this will be a first-class experience.

Convention Registration

General Information:

1. There is no cost for a KSGOP State Committee Member or Alternates to attend the KSGOP State Committee Meeting and/or Congressional District Meeting scheduled to begin at 2 pm on Saturday, January 27th.

If you only plan to attend the State Committee and Congressional District meetings, you must check in at the registration table no later than 1:45 pm to be appropriately seated in one of the four Congressional District meetings which will occur prior to the State Committee Meeting.

2. Paid attendees with credentials, all speakers, all staff, and all volunteers are welcome to attend any of the open events including all receptions. Those without credentials will be asked to register and pay or they will be asked to leave.

3. Friday Evening Event will be “Kansas Casual“ (Blue Jeans, Boots, Button-ups and Hats!)

4. Saturday Convention will be Business Casual.

5. Saturday Dinner will be Business Attire

Further details on the convention schedule will be made available in the coming weeks.

There will be many learning opportunities and presentations by folks you will want to hear from, along with a few fun surprises too!
