I keep getting frantic texts and emails from my team about how slow our fundraising has been this month.

They tell me that as of today we are less than 40% of the way to our goal — but more than 60% of the way through the month. And with the holidays ahead, we’ll lose even more time.

That has us considering some of our worst-case scenarios.

If this keeps up, we might not be able to fend off Kari Lake.

We won’t be able to run the advertising program we need to keep up our support with independents and moderates. And if Kyrsten Sinema gets in the race, she could peel off just enough of them to tip the race to Kari Lake.

This is real bad. And if we don’t turn things around… it could be a disaster. That’s why I’m writing to you right now.

I’m hoping that people like you — people who care about this race, who understand how important Arizona is to holding the Senate, and know that Kari Lake is a serious threat to our democracy — will hear me out and contribute before our FEC deadline.
