Starting today, the BBP team will be working remotely as we do our part to contain the spread of coronavirus in Nevada. Lucky for us, we specialize in digital organizing and communications, meaning most of our work can continue undeterred! 

That all begins with the #NoProfitsOffPandemic Day of Action. All across the country, Lower Drug Prices Now coalition members are pushing Trump and his Health & Human Services Secretary, Alex Azar, to commit to making the the coronavirus vaccine free once it has been developed. Instead of taking the side of big pharmaceutical profitiers, Azar should be upholding principles of public health and guaranteeing vaccines will be cost-free, once it is developed. 

Keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter pages today to see patients from around Nevada speaking out and calling for #NoProfitsOffPandemic. These folks know first-hand that big pharma is not to be trusted when it comes to public health. You can join in too by recording your own video with your phone or camera telling your public health story and calling for Trump and Azar to make the coronavirus vaccine free, once it is developed.
