After months of legal wrangling, a Federal Judge has released my opponent's phone records to Special Counsel Jack Smith. These text messages relate to Scott Perry's central role in Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. You can read the full story here. [[link removed]]
Since the FBI seized his phone in 2022, Perry has been fighting in court to prevent his cell phone records, including text communications, from being turned over to Federal prosecutors investigating Donald Trump’s attempts to steal the election.
A few weeks ago, the phone records were temporarily unsealed. [[link removed]] They confirmed what we already knew. Scott Perry played a central role in Donald Trump’s attempted insurrection. With Perry’s texts in the Special Counsel’s hands, they could become key evidence in the case against Donald Trump.
We don’t know yet if Scott Perry will be charged, or even if he is still under investigation. Regardless, one thing is clear. Scott Perry has no business serving in the U.S. House of Representatives. WE can hold him accountable by beating him at the ballot box.
