Research: How Creative Collaboration Can Strengthen Relationships We know that creativity can lead to better products or services. But can it also help us get along with each other at work? A research study set out to answer this question and found that, indeed, when people are put in a position to be creative, they tend to view others more fondly because they recollect each person’s unique contributions to the process. This may only work in situations where psychological safety is present, however, as unsafe environments can lead to negative group outcomes and perceptions.
