CO GOP Announces Immediate Appeal of
Radical CO Supreme Court Decision

December 19, 2023

Denver, Colorado: Tonight, the Colorado Republican Party announced its immediate appeal of today’s Colorado Supreme Court decision to expel former President Donald J. Trump for the 2024 Colorado ballot.

“While we all know the radical Democrats in full charge of Colorado will always stoop to new lows to force their disdain for the people’s will on the rest of America, we are glad they are exposing themselves for the immoral tyrants they truly are,” said Dave Williams, Chairman of the Colorado Republican Party.

“Republicans and sensible Democrats are already outraged at this clearly unconstitutional power grab by these extremists who are totally unfit to govern,” continued Williams.

“We are immediately appealing this unAmerican decision to the US Supreme Court to solve this historic constitutional crisis. We need every patriot in America to help us win this fight by praying for God’s help and by going to cologop.org to join with those of us who are fighting on the front lines to save our great Republic,” concluded Williams.
