BREAKING: The Colorado Supreme Court just ruled that Trump is disqualified
from holding office, citing a provision of the Constitution that bans a
person who "engaged in insurrection" from holding office. This removes
Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot.

This took courage by Secretary of State Jena Griswold who we helped
re-elect in a close election last year against an election denier.

Jena also leads the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State, which
helps elect Democrats to these key offices that oversee elections in the
states.
