The Health and Human Services Commission is aware of issues which impacted the HHAeXchange mobile application, HHAeXchange+, on December 17. These impacts prevented some users from clocking in and clocking out. The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) worked with HHAeXchange to promptly resolve the issues, which should no longer be impacting users.
