Let’s be clear about what’s happening here: the House GOP is prepared to waste time and millions of taxpayer dollars to smear President Biden with zero evidence to back up their claims.
Why? So they can install Donald Trump back into the White House. The same Donald Trump who just this past weekend parroted Adolf Hilter in saying that immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country.”
That’s what this vote was – just a loyalty test to their MAGA leader. It is despicable.

I led two impeachments of Donald Trump and let me be clear – we spent months establishing credible and overwhelming evidence Donald Trump had attempted to extort the government of Ukraine, and in 2021, we needed very limited time to determine who was responsible for the attack of January 6th.
This sham of an impeachment inquiry is making a mockery of our democracy.
As Donald Trump spews more and more rhetoric announcing his promise to rule as a dictator, we are watching in real time Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz and election-denying Speaker Mike Johnson using their governmental power to support him.
