As we approach the end of the year, please note that our Action Network support team will be on a reduced schedule next week. Support will be unavailable on December 25th, 27th, and 28th and on January 1st. The support team will be available to answer support questions on December 26th and December 29th. On those days, support will be available from 10 am to 4 pm ET. Please email [email protected] for more details. The support team will resume its normal schedule on January 2nd. We will do our best to respond during these hours! Thank you for your partnership this year!

Additionally, we’ll be undertaking the process of upgrading our Action Builder support system during the holiday period. As a result, Action Builder support will experience a short downtime period from Dec. 27th to Dec. 28th. Please note that this is the Action Builder support system that will experience a short downtime, not the Action Builder tool itself.
