Dear Friends,
As the year draws to a close, we reflect on the impact we’ve achieved together in 2023. Through your unwavering support, Anne Frank Center USA has provided programs that empower emerging adults to build the well-informed and kind world that Anne wrote about in her diary.
In the past year alone, our exhibits, theatrical performances, and sapling project have reached more than 50,000 individuals in 22 States and the District of Columbia.
Since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel, incidents of antisemitism have increased by nearly 400%. Anne Frank’s name and story have the unique potential to empower emerging adults to speak up against antisemitism when they see it!
Now, as we reach the holiday season, we turn to you, our valued supporters, to help us continue our vital work. Your contribution plays a crucial role in funding exhibits and peer educator training as well as high impact theatrical performances that educate about the dangers of antisemitism and other hateful ideologies.
As Otto Frank, our founder, said: “We cannot change what happened anymore. The only thing we can do is to learn from the past and to realize what discrimination and persecution of innocent people means. I believe that it’s everyone’s responsibility to fight prejudice.”
Anne Frank Center USA operates a decentralized educational platform, which means that we are positioned to provide outbound education. We go to communities where there is a need for transformative education with exhibits, peer guide training, theatrical performances, and teacher trainings.
