We have 80 legal projects that need your help:

1-5 HOURS Help Improve Governance of Rare Disease Research Nonprofit CACNA1A Foundation This is a parent-led rare disease patient advocacy organization whose mission is to find specific treatment options and a cure for CACNA1A patients by building a collaborative network of patients, families, clinicians and scientists. They need an agreement drafted for unpaid advisors that are offering their expertise and guidance to our organization. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

1—5 HOURS Help Black-led Community Groups Formalize their Organizations Black Voters Matter Black-led nonprofits — mostly based in Southern states — need help understanding and navigating the process of incorporating as a 501(c)(3) organization. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
