Let me tell you what I think, John.

Young people are smart. We pay attention to the issues. We’re showing up to vote.

But to me, this is only the first step for our generation. The second step? Running.

We need young people on the ballot. We need young people in elected office.

That’s why I teamed up with Kevin Lata, the campaign manager who helped elect the first ever Gen-Z member of Congress last year, to launch Leaders We Deserve.
