Friend,
I’m sure you’ve heard by now that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear another case about abortion access. This time, it’s about mifepristone, a medication that is used in over half of abortions in America. If the Court decides like it has in past abortion cases, it would make it substantially harder to receive necessary reproductive healthcare.
We’ve seen this Court’s aggressive anti-abortion stance before in Dobbs , and people across the country have suffered because of it. I’m sure you saw the recent story about the Texas woman who had to flee to get a life saving abortion. It’s sick: people are being forced to go to the courts for approval to end a pregnancy, even when their lives are in danger.
Restricting abortion access puts people in dangerous situations and if the Supreme Court upholds this decision, more people will be put in harm's way. Finally, after decades of conservative mega-donor influence, the far right has chipped away at one of our most fundamental rights: the right to choose. If you think this Court has gone too far and we must reform the Court, please chip in $10 now so we can keep working to fight to pass these critical reforms.

This Supreme Court is corrupt, and it’s no secret. Justices are jet-setting with billionaires and rubbing shoulders with conservative mega-donors all while casting aside the duties of their position. Restricting abortion access even further is just the next step in a long line of decisions influenced by their Republican billionaire benefactors.
The Supreme Court is supposed to be above partisan political influence, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that it isn’t at all. As conservatives continue to have significant sway over the Court’s decisions, it’s more important than ever to protect abortion rights throughout the country. Please contribute $10 now and we can work together to fight for an unbiased, independent judiciary.

This corrupt Supreme Court continues to impede on our reproductive rights and put people’s health in danger, and this mifepristone case is a prime example of that. If you want to work towards an independent, non-corrupt Court, please chip in $10 today. Our rights are on the line.
