Dear Brenden,

As we look ahead to next year, we’re reflecting on all we accomplished this year. A record number of workers fought for better contracts, going on strike to ignite a long-overdue movement of people demanding dignity and justice in the workplace

With your support, Jobs With Justice and our network can win even bigger in 2024. Here are just some of the big plans we have for next year:

We will make sure that workers are centered in the clean energy revolution leveraging the rollout of recent federal legislation to create new transformational standards for workers in the construction and manufacturing trades.

We will amplify the recent worker power upsurge and continue to fight for the rights of people facing impossible conditions in hostile environments.

We will continue training the next generation of worker leaders through our Advancing Black Strategists Initiative and JWJ training programs – training and mentoring organizers with rigorous hands-on campaign strategy.

And of course, we are significantly ramping up and resourcing our local JWJ coalitions ahead of a critical election year.

Finally, we will always be there, in solidarity and in the streets, for all the people who are organizing against corporate greed.

If we stand by and do nothing, corporations like Amazon and their allies in Washington will continue to strip away workers’ rights, one by one. That’s why Jobs With Justice and our partners in the broader social and economic justice movement are bringing urgent attention to the harm Amazon is causing workers, our communities, economy, and democracy.

Your donation will help us convene a powerful movement to improve the lives of working people everywhere while keeping politicians and corporations accountable to the people who make this country run.

In Solidarity,

Nafisah Ula
