South Korea has agreed to pay "substantially more" to the United States for its defense against North Korea, and talks are underway to further boost its contribution, President Donald Trump said Wednesday.
His comments came a day after North Korea test-fired two short-range ballistic missiles in what it called a warning against joint military exercises being conducted by Seoul and Washington. |
