For almost 40 years, I've been a strong advocate for universal healthcare, criminal justice reform, fixing the broken immigration system and workers' rights, all issues that matter the most to our communities.

As your congressman, I've also worked tirelessly to address environmental injustices that affect different neighborhoods of our district for years.

Recently, the PIPES Act was approved by the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, which prioritizes industry interests over community safety and neglects transparency with affected communities.
