Baking with Callie Barr for Congress
Callie’s Easy Peanut Butter Blossoms Ingredients 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 bag of Hershey’s Kisses 1 whole egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract Directions 1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together until all ingredients are well-blended. 2. Roll into 1" balls and bake at 350° for about 8 minutes.
3. While you’re waiting, unwrap some Hershey’s Kisses (and try not to eat too many!). 4. When the cookies come out of the oven, put an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the center of the cookie and let it cool. Then, if you don’t eat them all before they cool, you’ll have some to bribe your kids with, share at your cookie exchange, holiday party, Christmas extravaganza, or just freeze for after company leaves.
