Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable and General Accounting Manager, this General Accounting Manager position will assume responsibility for offering leadership, direction, and expert consultation across the agency. In this capacity, you will facilitate the dissemination of critical financial information to division leaders, empowering them to make informed and strategic decisions. This position demands a deep understanding of both governmental and proprietary accounting, coupled with an extensive knowledge of federal and state accounting and finance policies. The specialized nature of this role necessitates a candidate capable of navigating and implementing best practices in this dynamic and multifaceted financial environment.
