As Christmas approaches, I say to you - with joy in my heart - "Thank you!"
Together, we have traveled a challenging journey - from a governor campaign to intrusions into free speech to lawsuits against Attorney General Keith Ellison and the Board of Medical Practice. I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate your willingness to stand by my side. You have been amazing! You have been a blessing to Mary and I.
Now I am asking you to take advantage of this wonderful time of the year and reflect on the blessings in your life. Our spirits become more generous and loving when we realize that our lives have been touched by goodness and friendship and belief in our Creator. It is healing for humans to try to let worries and stresses melt away, even for a short while. So please, take this opportunity to be fully present with your loved ones. Perhaps on Christmas Day we could even try to ignore our electronic devices, for just a little while anyway. It's so easy to be distracted from what really matters.
From my family to yours, be blessed this Christmas season. There are struggles ahead, but now can be a time for rest, reflection, and connection with those who mean the most to you.

Again, I share with you that I'm incredibly thankful for your willingness to sacrifice time, money, and efforts on my behalf. And I thank God for your commitment to a free America.
