Hi John,

Since we closed our office last Wednesday, I've been asked how and why I made the decision so quickly.

The answer is simple.

I believe it is our duty to protect the most vulnerable.

So today, when we heard the news that a member of Rep. Schweikert's staff has tested positive for COVID-19, we extended our thoughts to the staffers, Rep. Schweikert and their families. Despite our differences, we are grateful they are taking appropriate action.

The science and data are compelling enough for us all to act, and though we are divided on the issues as a country and a district, this is the time to unify and work together.

So what's next for the campaign?

We're working on several plans.

First up, we'll continue the conversation online.

In the digital cafe, we'll talk about COVID-19 updates, school closings, my views on policy changes needed now and in the future and anything else on your mind.
