John – On Wednesday, a federal court will begin its hearing on whether or not the new Georgia Congressional maps drawn by the GOP-controlled state legislature that target me are constitutional. The judge’s ruling will have HUGE implications for my re-election to Congress.

Since I was first elected in 2018, Republicans have plotted to remove me from my seat – even if it means resorting to blatantly partisan gerrymandering. They’ve targeted me not once, but twice now. 

These new Congressional maps pose the greatest threat yet to my future in Congress. It’s a complete game-changer – shifting the district I represent to be +20 points Republican.

The situation remains in flux while we wait for the court hearing to begin, but one thing is for sure: I need to be fully prepared for anything to happen.
