Apply by February 5, 2024     The Chu and Piper Family Career and Technical Education Award This year, students also have the opportunity to apply for the Chu and Piper Family Career and Technical Education Award. While this award has a separate application from our other scholarships, you can use the same link and account to apply. Applications for the Chu and Piper Family Award are due by May 6, 2024. The applicant must be an Arlington resident pursuing a career or technical education accredited program, within a high-growth career, that will be completed within two years. The Award is available to recent high school or college graduates and non-traditional students (see the application for more details). Each recipient may be awarded up to $10,000. Apply for the Chu and Piper Family Award In the past decade, Arlington Community Foundation has awarded more than $6 million to Arlington students attending college. Generous individuals, families, companies, and organizations fund the scholarships, which have their own unique eligibility criteria. We offer approximately 100 college scholarships each year, with many differing criteria for eligibility, but only one application is required to be considered for all the available scholarships.
