My friend,As 2023 comes to an end, I’m reflecting on the incredible partnerships and progress the Clinton Foundation helped drive this past year, which helped us make a difference in lives across the U.S. and around the world.

During the annual Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) meeting in September, more than 2,300 members of our community of doers came together in New York City to launch more than 160 new Commitments to Action. We were reminded, once again, of what is possible when we all work together.

During the meeting, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and Chelsea emphasized the need to "keep going," despite the global challenges we are collectively facing. This is a central focus of how the Clinton Foundation engages with partners across our programs and how we expand our impact where it matters most in our efforts to bridge divides for a stronger future for all. The Foundation’s early childhood initiative, Too Small to Fail, has now reached millions of parents and caregivers, encouraging them to talk, read, and sing with their young children. In 2024 and beyond, we’ll expand our programs to support early childhood development and across the country.

In the coming year, we will also grow CGI’s two newest programmatic pillars: Humanitarian Response and Women and Girls. As part of this work, we’ll be engaging with partners on the “road to September” before gathering in New York City September 23-24 for the CGI 2024 annual meeting.
