Friend, this is a longer email than I usually send. But I think the facts warrant it. Because this is one of the most egregious abuses of power I have ever seen.
The Department of Justice’s charges against President Trump are outrageous. Biden’s DOJ is using bizarre legal theories, stretched beyond the limits, to try to take down Biden’s top political opponent.
I say this as someone who once practiced law: the case is an even bigger outrage than you think. Jack Smith–Biden’s legal henchman–is trying to lock up President Trump using charges that no one in their right mind would apply to the facts.
And DOJ is abusing the process to get a political result. Right now, Jack Smith and Biden’s DOJ are trying to accelerate the trial against President Trump for one reason: they want to lock him up before the election.
Due process? DOJ couldn’t care less. Innocent before proven guilty? Out the window.
The corrupt deep state knows Biden’s mental decline is driving his polling decline. Their only hope is to abuse the court system. These charges belong in a banana republic–not the United States of America.
That’s why I’m leading an Amicus Brief to the Supreme Court to urge them to not go along with Jack Smith’s deranged plan. I will be asking every Republican Senator to join me and will work with the top attorneys in America to help give legal firepower to President Trump’s team.
But here’s the deal. The corrupt deep state knows the process is the punishment. They are trying to bankrupt President Trump and his campaign by using the weight of the Federal Government to throw everything they can against him.
