Hey, friend, Patty here – I want to tell you a quick story: 

Back in the '80s, local officials wanted to cut my kids' preschool program. I spoke out, and a male legislator told me I couldn’t make a difference because I was "just a mom in tennis shoes." Well this mom in tennis shoes organized a grassroots coalition of 13,000 parents – and together, we saved the program. 

That's when I knew governments are best run by the people they represent – so I ran for school board and then the state legislature. Fast forward to today, and I'm still fighting for families in the U.S. Senate.

But here's the thing, friend: Politico has reported that the Senate map is "hell" for Democrats this cycle. To keep our blue majority and keep delivering for the people of Washington state and beyond, I'm counting on grassroots supporters like you – so please, will you help make sure we’re on track to keep and expand the Senate in 2024 by rushing $5 or more today?
