I hope this email finds you well and getting into the festive spirit of the holiday season! Last week was a busy week for the campaign, filled with community events, meaningful interactions, and the warmth of shared goals and aspirations for our city.
I had the pleasure of attending the Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s holiday party. The energy and commitment to justice and equality in the room was wonderful, and reflected the immense contributions of the Asian-Pacific American community to Denver's legal landscape.

Following up on last week’s House District 4 meeting, I attended Denver Democratic Party House District holiday celebrations all across Denver, including in House Districts 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 – these meetings are another reminder of the strength and commitment of so many Denverites to the future of our city. It's these grassroots connections that form the backbone of our thriving community. I look forward to seeing everyone in House District 5, 6 and 7 soon!

Over the course of the last ten days or so, we have held back-to-back fundraisers, which turned out to be a tremendous success. I’m honored by the overwhelming support and enthusiasm of the community and the gracious hosts. These events not only helped us raise vital funds for the campaign but also allowed us to connect with supporters and discuss key issues facing Denver today.

I had a wonderful time at the Colorado Democrats Latino Initiative Mexican-American Christmas Brunch, connecting with so many Latino elected officials and leaders, including Javier Mabrey, Julia Gonzales and many others, as well as with our Attorney General, Phil Weiser.

And finally, it was my honor to attend the Denver Police Orphan’s Fund holiday celebration, which raises funds for the education of the children of Denver Police officers fallen in the line of duty. The event was full of children and energy, and for such an important cause.
As we move forward, I am energized by the support and dedication of people like you. Your belief in my mission to bring effective, fair, and compassionate leadership to the Denver District Attorney's office continues to inspire me every day.
