We wanted to send you one last reminder to sign up for our final offering of the year, a free Seasons of Leadership workshop happening tomorrow December 19th from 6:30-8pm EST. Its not too late to sign up!

At Ayni we know that so many social change leaders and organizations are going through moments of transition especially towards the end of the year. Sometimes leaders people want to show up in difficult moments, but feel like they simply can't. Some people call this burnout, others might say people have just lost hope, but we believe that understanding cycles and the nature of cyclicality is key to building a form of leadership that can whether these storms.

Seasonality helps us to better understand the ebbs and flows of our cycles and the wisdom and gifts that each season bring.

P.S. - The Seasons of Leadership Workshop is the first in a series of free workshops we will be offering throughout the Winter. We are also offering an introduction to our classic training Movement Ecology for those who are new to the framework and want to understand the Five Foundational Theories of Change, as well as a completely new workshop on a revolutionary framework, the Modes of Exchange, to understand political economy that can take our historical analysis to the next level.
