Friend, my GOP opponents are taking the term "country club Republicans" to a whole other level:

Not only are they literally holding events at country clubs, but they're also writing themselves multimillion-dollar checks to fund their campaigns.

While they're busy doing everything they can to try and buy this seat, I'm working in the Senate to deliver meaningful progress for workers and families in Ohio and across the country.

While they're schmoozing with big donors over cocktails, I'm fighting for the Dignity of Work – all work. Whether you punch a clock or swipe a badge, work for tips or earn a salary, are raising children or caring for an aging parent, I'm fighting for you. 

Here's the problem: My GOP opponents' massive personal fortunes could already be having an impact on this race. A new poll shows us running neck and neck in the race experts are saying could decide Senate control.

That's why I just set an ambitious $50,000 daily fundraising goal – to help our campaign surge ahead, win in Ohio, and defend the Senate – and I'm asking everyone who's reading this email to chip in. Please, friend, will you chip in $5 or more right now?
