Friend — imagine flying over 3,000 miles to Mexico,
traveling at about 50 miles a day without knowing where you can stop to rest or
where your next meal will come from. Right now, brave and magnificent monarch butterflies have completed their epic
migration south, where they’ll remain for the winter. When these fascinating
creatures return, they will search for milkweed plants to reproduce and lay their offspring. These vital plants also act as the only food source for the little caterpillars before they spread their iconic black and orange
wings as adult butterflies.

Sadly, at least 850 MILLION milkweed plants have vanished over the last 20 years, contributing to the devastating loss of 90% of the North American monarch during the same period. That’s because monarchs cannot survive without this
essential vegetation.

Experts are pointing to glyphosate — the active ingredient in Bayer-Monsanto’s flagship product Roundup and the
most widely used herbicide in the world — as a key driver for the decimation of
milkweed. So, Friend, the solution is clear: If we want to SAVE the dwindling monarch butterfly population → we must
replenish milkweed. If we want to replenish milkweed → we must stop the rampant
use of Roundup. Will you take urgent action right now and tell Bayer-Monsanto to STOP selling
toxic Roundup before our planet’s precious monarchs are wiped out for good?
