John, I can’t thank you enough for your activism and support this year. With your help, Common Cause reached new heights in 2023:

• SCOTUS victory: We won our major Supreme Court case Moore v. Harper, fending off the far-right’s plot to upend American democracy.

• Holding Trump Accountable: When Donald Trump paid hush money to Stormy Daniels, Common Cause filed complaints with the Department of Justice and the Federal Election Commission. Thanks to our complaints, Donald Trump will have his day in court.

• State wins: In Ohio we protected voters’ access to the ballot – and reproductive rights, in Florida we took Governor DeSantis to court for intentionally silencing Black voters, and in Pennsylvania we protected the right to vote by mail.
