I’m back! After 23 nights of sleeping in the jungle and undergoing bush tucker trials normal life has resumed.
There were far too many people in the country who had a negative view of me based on the relentless attacks by the press on my character. My hope was that by appearing on a programme with 10 million viewers and an even bigger social media footprint I could address this problem. Early indications are that it has worked and I am very pleased about that.
I want to give my huge thanks to all of you that supported me and voted for me. To have made the final was great.

The news today that now many millions have to wait over a month for a GP appointment comes as no surprise. We are living in broken Britain overseen by an utterly useless Conservative Party. The return of David (now Lord) Cameron tells us everything that we need to know. The remainers and supporters of continued mass migration are back in charge. Not one of them will admit that the population explosion is damaging the quality of life for all of us. Whether we get a Labour or Tory government next year you will make hardly any difference at all.
I am pleased to see that Reform UK is now polling in double digits and making steady continued progress. It is much needed.
