Special Counsel Jack Smith is not having any of Donald Trump’s games.

Trump’s legal team made a Hail Mary argument that Trump has immunity from prosecution because he was the President at the time of all the alleged crimes. Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled against Trump.

Then Trump appealed. You see, all he really wants to do is run out the clock so that the scheduled March 4th trial has to be pushed back. The appeals process could stall the case for many months.

So Jack Smith went right to the Supreme Court and asked them to rule immediately on the question of whether Trump can face criminal charges. Jack Smith is doing everything he can to shut down Trump’s delay tactics.

We don’t know yet what the Supreme Court will do. But whether or not they side with Trump, there’s an overwhelmingly high chance that Trump will be the Republican nominee, even if he has to run his campaign from a jail cell.

We have to be like Jack Smith, John. We may have no control over the legal strategy to hold Trump accountable, but we do have the power to stop him from becoming President again by mobilizing in key states like Georgia.

Hank is doing all he can to keep Georgia blue. In all current hypothetical maps, Hank still represents a huge part of DeKalb County — Georgia’s blue wall. Turnout in DeKalb will be crucial to preventing Trump from winning in Georgia.
