Lesko Meetings this Week

Women’s health is severely underfunded and under-researched, especially as it relates to menopausal women. It was great meeting with Halle Berry to discuss this topic and ways Congress can improve the lives and health outcomes of women.

Small businesses across the country are struggling with burdensome taxes. I was pleased to meet with Melinda Norton of the American Suntanning Association to discuss this issue and what Congress can do to help

Lesko in the News

The left’s version of border security is more money to process more migrants. Republicans want to change that, starting with the strict border security policies we already passed in the House. Listen to my thoughts on this and more on the Conservative Circus with James T. Harris.

The Biden Administration’s war on fossil fuels is going to leave a lot of Americans in the dark. Listen to my thoughts on this, the border, and more with Fox Across America.

Lesko in Committee

I do not want the World Health Organization controlled by the Chinese Communist Party! We already know you cannot trust China during global health emergencies, why would we trust them to control the WHO? See my full questioning at the COVID Subcommittee hearing below:

Artificial intelligence is going to have an immense impact on the world, and we need to make sure AI is safe and doesn’t displace workers. Glad to see the Energy and Commerce Committee holding a hearing on this important topic this week.

GET THE FACTS: Latest in the Biden Investigation

This week, Hunter Biden was required to appear before the House in a private deposition per a subpoena. Rather than appear for his deposition, Hunter gave a press conference where he claimed his father, President Biden, was not “financially” involved in his business dealings. This is the fifth time the story of President Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s business dealings has changed. In August 2019, President Biden claimed he had never discussed business with his son and there was an absolute wall between him and his son’s business dealings. He then said in December 2019 that he had no knowledge of what Hunter was doing. In October 2020, he claimed Hunter did not make any money from China and neither had he. This has since been proven false. In June 2023, the White House claimed the president was simply, “not in business with his son.” Presumably this would be much different than not having any knowledge. Finally, as of Hunter’s press conference, the story has shifted to, “not financially involved in my business.” This has left the American people scratching their heads as to what the real story is with the Biden family.
