I have the privilege of hosting public radio’s first and only one-hour radio show dedicated to investigative reporting.

With your support, we tell stories like Mississippi Goddam: The Ballad of Billey Joe, in which we examine the connection between race, the South and the failures of the legal system. I thank everyone who listened to the rebroadcast this past summer.

I can’t share too many details right now, but I want to let you know about another story in the works that I’m reporting with producer Ashley Cleek – one set in Florida that, like Mississippi Goddam, explores questions of race, justice and how we move forward.
