Contributions to Ron DeSantis for President are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), federal government contractors, and national banks are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. The maximum that an individual may contribute is $6,600 ($3,300/primary & $3,300/general). The maximum that a couple using a joint account may contribute is $13,200 ($6,600/primary & $6,600/general). A federal multi-candidate PAC may contribute $10,000 ($5,000/primary & $5,000/general).
