I just brought an official judicial misconduct complaint against DC Obama Judge Beryl Howell over her anti-Trump speech and illegal Election Interference.

Of all the blatantly partisan judges Trump has faced, she’s easily among the worst.

First, she supervised the discredited Mueller probe – better known as the Trump-Russia collusion hoax – the goal of which was to interfere with and undermine the Trump presidency.

Then, she oversaw Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigations into January 6th that resulted in TWO unprecedented sham indictments of President Trump.

The entire time, her conduct displayed a partisan bias against – and even a personal HATRED for – President Trump. 

Judge Howell’s illegal Election Interference destroys public confidence in the federal judiciary and tears apart the very fabric of our Republic.

Like I always say: If she gets away with abusing the law to go after President Trump, it makes it easy for far-Left radicals to go after ANY American.

That’s why I REFUSE to stand by while these corrupt left-wing judges DESTROY the right to due process.

But as I continue going after those who abuse the law to enact political revenge against President Trump, I need YOU to rally behind me and help DEFEND TRUMP.

Now, I’m taking the fight to yet another corrupt left-wing judge.

Judge Howell has made her political bias against President Trump abundantly clear. 

Last month, she was presented with a “champion award” alongside Lisa Monaco, the Biden Justice Department official who supervises federal prosecutors (including the January 6 cases).

Former Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former Obama White House Counsel Kathy Ruemmler presented that award.

During the ceremony, Ruemmler praised both Monaco and Howell as “friends” and Lynch praised Howell’s handling of the January 6th case against President Trump – even calling it an “insurrection.”

It’s shocking to hear the former Attorney General of the United States praise a sitting federal judge for her handling of the grand-jury proceedings on pending federal criminal charges against a defendant (President Trump).

How can defendants expect a fair trial when one of the key federal judges received a “champion award” from partisan opponents while cases are pending before her court?

After this, Howell gave a highly inappropriate speech in which she insinuated the election of President Trump will lead to fascism in America!

Her statements consisted of partisan statements, Election Interference, and improper extrajudicial statements while criminal cases are pending.

All of this is prohibited conduct that is unbecoming of a federal judge – and it exposes the prosecution of Trump for exactly what it is: A political WITCH HUNT against Joe Biden’s leading opponent!

Watching corrupt liberal judges like Howell abuse their power to do Biden and the radical Left’s dirty work makes me sick to my stomach, John.

We cannot allow partisans to use our legal system to exact political revenge against President Trump – or any American.
