I can’t believe it is already December–where did the rest of the year go?! At Reproductive Freedom for All, we’ve been preparing to take a moment of rest before we move full speed ahead into 2024, but we can’t close out 2023 without you! This year, voters across the country showed up for reproductive freedom and sent a clear message to anti-abortion hopefuls in the 2024 election: Fundamental freedoms are non-negotiable. Check out 5 of our favorite wins in 2023:

In Ohio, voters approved a state constitutional amendment that ended the state’s abortion ban, ensuring Ohioans have the right to make their own decisions about their bodies.

In Kentucky, voters reelected Governor Andy Beshear over his extremist opponent, proving that abortion bans aren’t a winning position.

In Virginia, Democrats won control of both state legislative chambers, protecting reproductive freedom and stopping future bans on abortion in their tracks.

In Pennsylvania, voters sent Judge Daniel McCaffery to the state’s Supreme Court, preventing an anti-abortion judge from joining the commonwealth’s highest court.

In Michigan, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed a bill repealing the 1931 abortion ban, and the Reproductive Health Act, which removed barriers to access in the state.

Reproductive Freedom is Comin’ to Town
This Supreme Court Justice didn’t make the nice list.

I have a tip for anyone who wants to stay off the naughty list: Don’t be like Justice Clarence Thomas.

Supreme Court Justices are supposed to uphold our fundamental rights and freedoms. Instead, Justice Thomas cozies up to GOP mega-donors. That’s why Reproductive Freedom for All is pushing for him to resign—or be impeached. Add your name to join us in sending him a lump of coal this year.
