Education policy matters, John.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the American Enterprise Institute about
skills-based hiring. It could not have come at a more appropriate time!
If you watched this week's congressional hearings with the president of
Harvard, you saw just how out-of-touch the leadership at America's "best"
universities are.
It's time for a change.

If we want real change, just look at what we did in Maryland.
As governor, I worked across parties to make great strides in ditching the
four-year college degree requirement from hundreds of state jobs.
We launched a "first in the nation" workforce development program to recruit
qualified workers who do not hold college degrees.
I'm so proud of the work we did in Maryland and that AEI is focused on
prioritizing real education in America.
If you agree that we need a forward-looking education policy that matches
skills with workforce needs, chip in $20 or more today.
