John, you rewrote the narrative for children in the womb.

Hi John ,

As the year is drawing to a close, I want to invite you to take a few moments to join me in reflecting on your lifesaving impact in 2023. In the first year after Roe, the pro-life movement experienced devastating losses nationwide. While we double down our efforts to save every single child from abortion, I want to remind you of two ways in particular that you stood up to rescue the next child from abortion.

1) *Your generosity accelerated* the deployment of a 26-state strategy to reach and serve more moms seeking abortions — rescuing their children from death.

2) *You expanded lifesaving care* for moms seeking abortions into new states like Florida and Indiana.

Let’s appreciate that your support forever changed lives and impacted the trajectory of generations to come.

You made sure that the next mom facing a crisis pregnancy was empowered to choose life. You made sure that the challenges that were causing her to seek an abortion in the first place were overcome.

And the obstacles standing in the way are often complex and deeply rooted issues.

*I’m also reminded of the following real-life examples from this year...

A mom who was on the table at Planned Parenthood awaiting abortion got up and walked out as she recalled the offer of support she received from a nurse at Human Coalition.

Another mom was experiencing domestic violence and being forced to abort, but she received the support she needed to reach safety and was then free to choose life for her child.

And finally, a mom alone here in America, with her family in another country, found a new family and support system in the Continuum of Care team and ended up choosing life for her child.

These are *real* testimonies from *real* moms that you made possible this past year!

Thank you for putting action behind your words and loving the most vulnerable.

Support for children in the womb will continue to become increasingly crucial. Scripture says in Isaiah 43:18–19 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
