I’m sure you heard by now that Donald Trump refused to take the witness stand at one of his trials on Monday. He continues to claim that the entire case is a witch hunt and just another form of election interference. This could not be further from the truth.

This lawsuit is just one of many that Trump is involved in now, and the American people deserve to hear him try and defend himself on the stand. He may claim that the litany of charges that he’s facing are just a big joke, but we know better. 

Trump needs to take the witness stand and under oath tell the American people about what a fraud he is. If you agree, sign our petition to show your support.

This is a case that could result in a $250 million fine and Trump losing his New York real estate license. By Trump refusing to take the witness stand he continues to be able to hide his secrets. It’s unacceptable and he needs to be held accountable.

It’s imperative that Trump return to the witness stand, but right now, it doesn’t look like he’s going to. If you agree with us that Trump needs to go back on the stand to testify about his fraud, sign our petition to let us know that you agree. 

Transparency is an important component of any healthy democracy and without Trump himself testifying, there is no transparency in this case.
