Folks, there's something about winter time when the air gets chilly, sweater season is in full-swing, and we're watching the snow fall with a cup of hot cocoa.
It's one of my favorite parts of this time of year, but with climate change, this is becoming more of a pipe dream and less of a reality.
I don't mean to be a Grinch, but a Maryland winter without a blanket of snow just doesn't feel the same. It's important we pay attention to science that says climate change is real and we must take action before its devastating effects do more irreversible damage to our state, nation, and planet.
I'm asking my supporters to take a one-question poll about where they stand on climate action and I hope you'll share your thoughts.
Do you believe our government should take more action to stop climate change?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts,
David Trone
