Brad Dacus served as Legislative Assistant to
U.S. Senator Phil Gramm,and went on to receive his
Juris Doctor from the University of Texas, School of Law.
 

Emily Mimnaugh - Senior Legal Liaison (Nevada)
Emily has focused on religion and law throughout her academic
and legal career. Her undergraduate dissertation at Yale University
analyzed freedom of religion under the New York State Constitution.
 

Lynn Goar - PJI Staff Attorney (Arizona)
Lynn Graduated from the University of Arizona and
has been with PJI since 2022. He has been practicing law since 1989,
mostly in the area of personal injury litigation.
