“ Two-thirds of Arizona voters said the Supreme Court’s decision to eliminate a federal constitutional right to an abortion was a factor in their 2022 vote, according to the election survey AP VoteCast. And 61% of those surveyed said they favor guaranteeing access to legal abortion nationwide.”

Team — The fight to secure the right to an abortion continues and the next battleground will be right here in Arizona.

Advocates are in front of the Supreme Court of Arizona right now to make sure that Arizonans have access to this life-saving care through 15 weeks.

But we’ll need all hands on deck next year as we work alongside Arizonans for Abortion Access to get abortion on the ballot and mobilize a pro-choice majority that secures the right to bodily autonomy for every single Arizonan.
