In Ukraine, MSF doctor Nataliia Pyvoar checks on a patient aboard the MSF medical evacuation train. Our medical trains were specifically designed for the unique needs of our patients since the conflict escalated in 2022. MSF has treated thousands of patients on the passenger train-turned-hospital.
