Friend,
In the last 48 hours, both the House and Senate voted to allow the government to spy on you without a warrant.
Eighty-seven senators and 310 representatives – each of whom has pledged an oath to support and defend the Constitution – trampled on your rights by voting yes on a version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that includes a reauthorization of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Act (FISA 702) without any reforms!
And there is no excuse – the warrantless spying on Americans that occurs under the FISA 702 program is well documented and blatantly unconstitutional.
So who betrayed the American people by voting YES? And who voted to uphold the Fourth Amendment by voting NO?
Senators who voted to violate your rights by voting YES on NDAA/FISA 702 -- 87

Williams (TX)This is typical Congress, and nothing is going to change unless the American people wake up and get involved.
That’s what we’re working on here at Expand Liberty PAC <[link removed]> – to stand with those members of Congress who do the right thing, to hold accountable those who don’t, and to help give you the tools and information you need to do the same.
If you made calls to your members of Congress to oppose the NDAA’s passage: Thank you. You are making a difference.
But don’t let it end there.
Members of Congress are subject to pressure from all sides, and the only way we're going to defeat the moneyed establishment is for our elected officials to recognize that the American people are paying attention and won’t forget, and that we'll hold it against them when they betray the people’s interests.
They also need to know that we'll stand with them when they do the right thing.
You can start by calling (202) 224-3121 to thank your members of Congress for voting NO or take your members of Congress to task for voting YES.
The surveillance fight isn’t over – this extension of the program lasts four months – but no matter the issue, it’s way past time we start truly holding members of Congress accountable and making sure they know: We see you, and we won’t forget.
In liberty,
The Team
