Dear Neighbor,


I’m excited to share that in collaboration with San Francisco Public Works, my office will be distributing sandbags to residents at Marina Green (just west of Fort Mason) this Friday, December 15, and Saturday, December 16 from 12:00-7:00 pm!


Last year, strong winter storms brought heavy rains and significant flooding to low-lying areas in Distinct 2. While we hope that storms will not be as severe this season, we want you to be as prepared as possible in case they are!


Be sure to stop by Marina Green, at Marina Boulevard and Buchanan Streets, to grab up to 10 sandbags for your household.
