MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of moms, over the last several years, have received
a handwritten postcard from a MomsRising mom, urging them to vote. Our
powerful mom-to-mom postcard program has been running (and growing!) for 8
years now, and it is one of our most beloved and powerful programs. Now,
2024 is nearly here, so we’re rolling up our sleeves to make a big impact
in the new year!

first people we reach out to when it’s time to request your free
pre-addressed, postage-paid postcard packets, with complete instructions
and guidance on what to write to help remind mom voters to vote! If you
aren’t interested, that is great for us to know as well, and we’ll have
plenty of other opportunities to volunteer online and on-the-ground to
turn out moms in the 2024 elections!

What’s this program all about? As you read this, our team is working
diligently to search for and identify low-propensity mom voters -- moms
who have voted at some point in their lives, but who will likely need some
extra mom-to-mom encouragement now to get their ballots in for the
upcoming elections. These are the exact moms who will receive handwritten
postcards from MomsRising supporters like you. We’ve done the research and
know this tactic works to increase turnout.

Why does this matter? Our democracy, and our kids’ future, depends on all
of us together raising our voices for moms and families. Our power,
voices, and movement is needed more than ever due to highly funded harmful
extremist groups, like “Moms For Liberty,” that are purposely utilizing
wedge issues like book bans, limited family and self definition, and
censorship to divide moms, and horrifyingly use kids and schools as
political footballs. MomsRising moms care about our kids and our
neighbors' kids too. Each and every one. We value the truth. We believe
our children need and deserve a reality-based education. We believe that
instead of pitting parents against one another; leaders need to double
down on supporting education and building an economy that respects working
people – with quality jobs, childcare, paid family/medical leave, and an
expanded Child Tax Credit – so people can work, take care of their
families, and contribute to their communities. Our parenting is guided by
hope and not fear. We value connection, and not division.
We believe that mom-to-mom connections are incredibly powerful, and we
know our postcard program gets moms to the polls! Will you be a part of
