Yesterday, the House voted to formally open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden.

[link removed] [[link removed]]After a year of outrageous and unjustifiable claims against President Biden and an investigation that proved absolutely no evidence of crimes, the GOP finally achieved their goal: Getting revenge for Trump. Because that’s all this inquiry is. Revenge for Trump.

This groundless and unjustifiable impeachment inquiry comes after a year-long failed search by Republicans to find incriminating evidence against President Biden.

MAGA Republicans claim that a formal inquiry is needed to continue their investigation, yet they have no reason or rationale to continue fishing for crimes after a year of finding nothing. This inquiry is a continuous waste of resources and time of elected officials.

The GOP should be expending their energy bringing impactful legislation to the floor — legislation that will help the lives of Americans — yet they continue to play games on the House floor and abuse their power as elected officials.

Plain and simple: this formal impeachment inquiry against the president is a political stunt and the GOP’s latest ploy to serve Trump.
